Marias Medical Center Home Health Agency provides
coordinated comprehensive health care to patients of all
ages in their homes. Many medically oriented services are
available, which allow for meeting the special needs of each
person served. All care is provided under the direction of
the patient's physician.
Home Health care is available during and after an illness
or injury or following hospitalization. It is also available for
patients whose level of health has deteriorated in the home
setting. Services can be either long or short term and may
include either minimal or intensive levels of care.
Payment for services provided by Marias Medical Center
Home Health Agency are covered by Medicare, Medicaid,
private Insurance, and private pay. If you qualify for Medicare,
all charges are covered including co-insurance and deductibles.
If you have insurance that does not cover all fees, financial
assistance programs are available through the Hospital.
The Home Health program will provide a free consultation to
evaluate your need for services. If our assessment shows a
need for Home Health services, we will assist you with contacting
your physician for a referral order. The established plan of care
will be ordered by your physician and they will be updated on your
progress on a regular basis and when changes occur.
