At Marias Medical
Center we understand the health care bills you receive may be
confusing. Below is information, including phone numbers for
questions on the types of bills you may receive depending upon the service that was
provided.
Marias
Medical Center has the philosophy of working for you in times of health
care needs and with you when payment is due. Medical bills are not
usually expected and come during times of sudden illness. It is
important to communicate early with the hospital to ensure receipt of
insurance information and payment arrangement options. Marias
Medical offers to help with insurance, payment arrangements and credit card payments. These are easily arranged through the business office (please
contact 406-434-3245).

HILL-BURTON
Marias Medical Center has an application process that will allow
the write-off of a portion up to100% of the bill for qualified applicants.
This process is through that use of Hill-Burton legislation, which allowed
funding of small rural hospitals such as ours, to construct medical
facilities. In return for the grant, the facility makes available to
those who qualify, discounted or free medical services. This allows
people who cannot afford hospital care the opportunity to receive care
without the financial burden. If you have any questions regarding
your account please call 434-3245. If you have
questions regarding Marias Healthcare please call 434-3100.
