Marias Care Center Services
Dementia Care Unit
Marias Care Center Dementia Care Unit has specially trained staff caring for your loved one with dementia/Alzheimer's 24-hours a day. We have a dining room/activity area, nurse's station, and life enrichment program designed for residents with dementia.
Social Services
At Marias Care Center, we provide a full-time social worker to assist with the psychosocial needs of our residents. Our social worker assists the residents with the adjustments when moving to our care center for the first time. We also assist families with financial, medical and mental health issues as they relate to their loved ones in the care center. We assist with transporation issues for appointments out of town and in town.
Whenever family members have questions or concerns, our social work staff is available to answer questions and assist in resolving those issues.

Dietary
The dietary department at Marias Care Center provides balanced, tasteful dietician approved meals and snacks daily to meet maximum nutrition. All diets provided at Marias Care Center are physician ordered to meet the specific medical needs of the resident.
Respite Care
Marias Care Center provides respite care if your loved one needs 24-hour care when you need to take some time to yourself. Respite care is billed on a daily basis. Our social work staff can answer any questions that you might have and can be reached at 434-3281 or by email at bgilmore@mmcmt.org
Rehabilitation Services
We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy 5 days per week. These services are available as ordered by the physician. The goal of rehabilitation services is to assist the resident to meet their highest level of independence. Once the resident has reached their goals a program is outlined for the restorative assistants to follow so the resident can maintain their level of independence as long as possible.
